Adult plan
Agree who is present, who has responsibility and what a calm start looks like.
Eight connected moments
Rally Weave
The weave is not a timetable or a club operating procedure. It is an editorial rhythm to help caregivers, riders and adults arrive calmly and leave with a clear handoff.

Agree who is present, who has responsibility and what a calm start looks like.
Notice the surrounding space before activity begins.
Look at the whole pony rather than searching for one answer.
Ask a competent person about condition, fit and current requirements.
Use local, current direction from the people responsible on the day.
Keep space, pace and communication appropriate to the setting.
Gather equipment and share relevant observations with the responsible adult.
Decide who will continue ordinary care after the session.
A woven order
The fieldbook does not score a household or tell a person they are cleared to ride. It keeps the emphasis on observation, communication and competent judgement.
